Notox 'Ripley' Shortboard Surfboard

by: Notox Surfboards

Shaper: Benoit Ramex

The Ripley is designed to suit a variety of different types of surfing, whether it be cruising down the line on slightly bigger waves or high performance in smaller waves. It's fair to say the Ripley could rapidly become your one board quiver.

Just like Hayden Cox's Hypto Krypto model, one of the most popular boards on the market, the Ripley has a high amount of volume under the chest. Combined with its slightly rounded nose, this board enables you to glide into waves super easily whilst its slightly pulled in tail provides you with the manoeuvrability of a standard high performance shortboard.

That being said, the Ripley has a medium entry rocker which allows you to take off late on some slightly steeper waves too; and its medium/boxy rails will give you plenty of forgiveness so that you don't dig the rails on those bottom turns.
